Bridging Pakistan’s Learning Gaps Through Technology
CELL – Centre of E-Learning and Literacy is building inclusive, affordable, and future-focused learning solutions for students, teachers, and communities across Pakistan. From local-board learners to students studying international qualifications, from counselling support to sign-language learning initiatives, we are working to make education more accessible, more relevant, and more empowering for every learner.
Who We Are
CELL – Centre of E-Learning and Literacy is an education-focused organisation committed to improving access, inclusion, and quality in learning across Pakistan. We work on projects that support:
-
Students from different educational and language backgrounds
-
Differently abled learners, including hearing-impaired students
-
Students in underserved and public-sector environments
-
Students across both local and international boards in Pakistan
-
Teachers who need stronger tools and a wider reach
-
Young people who need practical skills for the real world
Inclusive Education
We design solutions for learners who are often left behind by traditional systems, including differently abled learners, students facing location-based barriers, language barriers, and affordability challenges.
Regional and Language Inclusion
We believe learning in Pakistan should reflect Pakistan itself. That means supporting education across local realities, local boards, international pathways used in the country, and regional languages such as Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi, and others wherever possible.
Our Focus Area
Digital Learning
We use mobile-friendly, accessible, and scalable technology to expand educational access in practical ways.
Skills for the Real World
Education should not stop at textbooks. We support approaches that help students build confidence, direction, digital readiness, and practical life skills.
Our Projects
QEFAA
QEFAA by CELL would be an all-in-one digital learning platform that connects students, instructors, and academic support in one place. It would let students access structured online resources and courses, join live classes, book one-on-one sessions, and get quick help through an instant doubt-solving marketplace. AI would support learning through smart practice, study guidance, and personalized assistance, while the platform also stays inclusive with accessibility-focused features.
Sign Language E-School
Sign Language E-School aims to make education more accessible, consistent, and meaningful for hearing-impaired students by solving a common classroom problem: when teachers change, their sign language style, expressions, and teaching methods often change too, which can make concepts harder for students to understand. To address this, the project offers carefully recorded lectures that combine instructional content with standardized sign language, ensuring the subject matter, signs, and explanations remain clear, consistent, and easy to follow in every lesson.
More Projects Ahead
CELL is continuously developing additional initiatives in literacy, inclusion, teacher support, digital learning, and skills development.
